Nearly $3million within 3 hours

I had a dream I called the Churchill Apprentice Programme nearly 2 years ago, but no credibility, insufficient sales, no power team of partners....just this dream. Even when I launched the online Cambridge Business Academy in September 2009, about 2 months before I got my first online sale, I arranged for Ian to take my dream and create some copy around it with a nice image and drop it onto the nice new shiny CBA web site. Little did I realise back then, that by July 2010, just 7 months after our first online sale, would my dream become a reality.

The Churchill Apprentice Programme is a very high end coaching programme - well in fact it is much more than coaching - as we also build our students their business, upto 10,000 subscribers, film their products, promote to my list of customers, build them a membership site and so the story goes on. Anyway, my purpose in providing this little news update today, is not to sell the Churchill Apprentice Programme, it is to illustrate how successful you can be in a relatively short space of time, with focus, determination and the right mind set.

2 years ago, I was not online, less than a year ago I had not online sales and yet on the night we released our Churchill Apprentice Programme to just my online list of students, Paul, Ian, Saisha and I were celebrating via skype as we live in different areas of the UK. We were squealing and yelping and I think Paul even cracked open a bottle of champagne, as within 3 hours of the launch which took place to my students who had registered for advanced notice, at 9pm, we had almost 100 applications and let me tell you the price of the programme was and still is £20,000 + vat which is around $30,000.....That's applications totaling nearly $3million.

Now did I bank all that - NO - I phoned every applicant, did my best to make sure I could really help them and they were both committed and passionate and turned lots of people away. Yes I banked a phenomenal amount of money, but more importantly, perhaps for the first time, I realised I had a following, a business, in fact more than that, a truly successful business, that could last for years to come.
