I am priviledged to have an amazing group of people I can turn to, each of whom has a commitment to help you build a successful home based business.

Whilst not directly employed on staff by the Academy, these people, many of whom run their own businesses, are like family members to me, and play as much a part in my own home based academy as if they were employed staff. In many ways, they perform at an even higher level, as the reputation of their company as well as their personal standing is always at stake.

With a bit of thought and some research, there is no reason why you cannot build a local team just like I have.

Our Amazing Team

Jo - Creative Media. Jo works on the design, filming and editing for our coaching products and always brings a sense of creativity and flair, taking the look, feel and production values to very high standards.

He believes every piece is a work of art...and by that he means every piece deserves equal attention to detail and beauty.

Jo is renowned for coming up with some of the most artistic and recognizable designs and logos. He take pride in providing true creativity in all of his work.

Ian - Internet Development. Ian brings together a number of creative skills to develop websites that deliver on content, functionality and eye-candy.

He has worked with literally hundreds of clients in providing professional solutions for the internet, allowing businesses to grow and profit from online commerce and marketing.

From small private sites to large corporate solutions, Ian can squeeze maximum gains from a web presence. He currently works on development of all Academy internet activities in taking us to the next level of internet sales and marketing.

Saqib - Payment Processing. Saqib is one of the most brilliant payment processing specialists in the UK.
It was only because of this mans contacts and sheer brilliance that the Academy was able to get two first class Internet Merchant accounts enabling us to take single and multiple payments via the net, something that can be challenging, especially in these economically difficult time.

With commendations from Lloyds TSB and known for his credibility and technical excellence, Saqib is nothing less than a payment genius.

Chris - Copywriter. Word smiths are a rare breed, but Chris, our "Secret Copywriter" is up there with the best, carefully crafting all the words we use whether in the sales pieces or the coaching themselves to deliver the maximum impact for all our students.

True to form, Chris has a slightly alternative approach.

Nicky - Customer Service. Whilst originally trained as an accountant, Nicky has a passion for people and detail, which makes a truly staggering combination when it comes to Customer Service.

It is more likely than not to be Nicky, who you will speak to when phoning the offices, getting email or fax responses, handling your orders, invoices, in fact any thing related to delighting you, our customer, which as you know is a quality very close to the heart of everyone who works together in the Cambridge Business Academy.

Phil - Course Production. Philip is in charge of all the Academy’s course production, handling the DVD and CD manufacturing, boxes, labelling, warehousing and shipping.

Phil and his team do an amazing job, as burning DVDs is just one small aspect of course production. Phil has to spin lots of plates at once, liaising with our printers, DVD bulk providers, imprint development, purchasing the outer cartons, all those poly pellets we use to ensure your course arrives safely…like the rest of our team…we simply do not know what we would do without him.

Louise and Mark - Direct Marketing. As you can see from the photo, where Mark is the one on the right and Louise on the left, these guys are award winning direct marketers. What they don’t know about mailing, lists, PPI, Mailsort, getting hold of discounted stamps, managing mailing campaigns, etc really is not worth knowing.

Louise started in the mailing business at 16 and probably knows more about this side of the industry than just about anyone in the UK. She handles all the mailing to students and new student acquisition strategy.

Like Louise, Mark has been in the printing industry for about 30 years and so we all feel in very safe hands, with Mark handling all our vast printing requirements.

Tony - Printing. Tony has been in the printing industry for over 30 years and so we all find ourselves learning new things every day, whether its “Endorse Folding”….new types of paper, ink, weights….Tony knows it all.

A thoroughly lovely guy with a real passion to do an excellent job from the moment he walks in the door to the moment he leaves. The rest of the time, he’s constantly thinking about improving service and quality. What a truly awesome team member.

Paul - SEO. Paul is a world-class SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) specialist, ensuring all the Cambridge Business Academy sites rank on the first page with Google. He provides the very best search engine optimization services and web-development work.
